I've been in touch with some of the other people taking part in the trip next year through the forum at justgiving.com. Had a mixed response with obtaining memorabilia from the Premiership Football Clubs. So far I've obtained an original signed Pendant from Bolton, preprinted autographs from Manchester City and Blackburn Rovers and two tickets to watch Lancashire Cricket at Old Trafford. Haven't decided whether to try a raffle or auction so will try and get some more prizes!!!!

I've sent a few emails to local newspapers asking them to put a small article in to raise the profile of my Blogg and JustGiving page. Just got a phone call from The Rochdale Observer to say they're coming to take a photo tomorrow and will put something in the paper! The reporter I spoke to has also done The Inca Trail. She said "Day 2 was hell". That's something to look forward to!!!
